As Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nurse Executive for TriHealth Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio, Ms. Taylor-Smith has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication, and passion for patient care necessary to be considered among the best during her 32 years in the industry. This esteemed nurse attributes her success to the continuing education and training she received and the wonderful mentors she has in her life; as well as crediting the strong support network she has sustained throughout her career.

Bethesda North and Good Samaritan Hospital joined together to form TriHealth in 1995, bringing together two of Cincinnati’s finest health care organizations. A member of the American College of Nurse Executives, American Organization of Nurse Executives, Sigma Theta Tau and the Health Medical Leaders Council, Ms. Taylor-Smith obtained her nursing degree in 1978 from the University of Toledo Community College. A Board-Certified Nurse Executive, she has also obtained a Master’s Degree in Nursing.
