Bethesda North and Good Samaritan Hospital joined together to form TriHealth in 1995, bringing together two of Cincinnati’s finest health care organizations. Through these two acute care hospitals and more than 50 other locations, TriHealth provides a wide range of clinical, educational, preventive and social programs.  TriHealth's non-hospital services include physician practice management, fitness centers and fitness center management, occupational health centers, home health and hospice care.  Ms. Taylor-Smith is affiliated with both Bethesda North and Good Samaritan Hospitals, and has also practiced nursing at the Greenville Memorial Hospital System in Greenville, South Carolina.    

A member of the American College of Nurse Executives, American Organization of Nurse Executives, Sigma Theta Tau and the Health Medical Leaders Council, Ms. Taylor-Smith obtained her nursing degree in 1978 from the University of Toledo Community College.  A Board-Certified Nurse Executive, she has also obtained a Master’s Degree in Nursing.
